4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Identification of the removed content and its previous location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of applicable courts
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action.


5. Repeat Infringers

India News Insider reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to users who repeatedly infringe copyright laws.
